WELCOME TO LOUISIANA BIRD FESTIVALS
BirdLouisiana is an organization of birding enthusiasts, tourist commissions, festival organizers and bird clubs. Our goal is to promote the spectacular birding opportunities that Louisiana has to offer year round.
We were prompted to organize by our common desire to educate bird enthusiasts and locals about Louisiana's migratory and resident birds through the creation of fun-filled and educational events.
Louisiana is home to over 12 organized festivals and events that promote Louisiana as year-long bird-watching destination. Our website is dedicated to providing current information on Louisiana's birding festivals, birding maps, contact information and calendar of events.
